These Terms apply to all purchases made through the online store at https://www.jessysmarzipan.com.
The contract is concluded electronically, in English, and is not filed separately. The confirmation email serves as proof of the contract on a durable medium.
The store offers handcrafted marzipan figurines, cake decorations, and related confectionery products.
Each product page includes a full description, ingredients, allergen information, and storage recommendations.
Photos are for illustration only; minor differences may occur.
All prices are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT.
Shipping fees are shown before checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are not affected.

Invoices are issued electronically through the Billingo system and sent by email.
By accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees to receive e-invoices.
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refund is made within 14 days after the returned goods or postal proof is received.
Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Defective products are covered by statutory warranty rules.
Consumers may request repair, replacement, or a price reduction.
The Seller is not liable for misuse or damage caused after delivery.

All written complaints are answered within 30 days.
The Seller keeps complaint records for 3 years.
In case of unresolved consumer complaints, the Buyer may contact the local Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület).
